  Bajo de Sico closure extension (Federal Register)- NMFS issues this proposed rule that would implement a regulatory amendment to the Fishery Management Plan for the Reef Fish Fishery of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (FMP) prepared by the Caribbean Fishery Management Council (Council).
